First digital layout

It is already october.Wow very soon it will be Halloween.I am going to start on the halloween favors soon. Yesterday I did my step aerobics class and today did body sculpting. My left arm is on strike and cannot lift 10 pounds anymore. I went back to 5 pounds. It was a good workout but now I am exhausted. I am home on this cloudy day catching up on chores. Yesterday I found myself a great mentor on the digital scrapbook place site. She will work with me for three months and teach me how to scrap digitally. I did my first page and I am so thrilled. Pravan scored 100 % in his very first spelling bee in kindergarten earlier this year. I finally scrapped his pics. I was fortunate to be in the class and took pictures while he took the test. Silly me. I would not be surprised if he went to Hollywood when he grows up. LOL ! He is so used to the camera. This is my very first digital layout. I hope to learn more techniques. If you scrap digitally check out www.digitalscrapbookplace.com It is a great site with great people and lots of ideas. Thank you Laura for helping me out. Let me know what you think of this.

Hi Salty/Free Spirit/Vanakam - I'm presuming that is you on the right?
I read further down your blog that you didn't like reading much and wondered if you'd ever thought of 'audio books' on CD or cassette? If you have an iPod you can put the books onto it and listed to them while you're busy doing all the other things you want/need/ to do like Scrapping :).
Have a read of my blog where I talk about talking books & iPods, you might get some ideas. I've just finished reading/listening to a great book on India written by an Australian who went to live there for awhile. I love reading myself but like you I just don't get the time to sit down and do it now that I've found digiscrapping!
